PROLOGUE

AGREEMENT LETTER FOR RESPONSIBILITY

The undersigned below:

Occupation: Cook, washerman, and apartment keeper (the first party is called a janitor)

2. Name: Noel Camaro Thompson

Occupation: Apartment owner (the so-called second party: Boss)

Both parties agree to the things listed below, without exception:

ARTICLE 1

This agreement is made as valid proof of payment of personal debts relating to hospital costs and expenses incurred during treatment.

SECTION 2

1. The messenger must come early in the morning, at least five o'clock, to cook breakfast, prepare lunch and return immediately to prepare dinner.

2. The errand boy must also tidy up the Boss' apartment regularly. Boss wants the errand boy to work neatly, cleanly, and painstakingly.

3. The messenger is allowed to apply for leave with the Boss's permission.

4. The errand boy cannot tamper with, move, and even steal goods and property in Boss's apartment.

5. The messenger is subject to a fine of One hundred million IF entering Boss' private room without permission, mainly moving Boss stuff.

6. The errand boy must obey all orders, wishes, and wishes of the Boss as long as he is still dealing with the errand boy: taking care of the apartment.

7. Boss does not forbid the messenger wants to live together to save time.

ARTICLE 3

1. The Boss has the RIGHT to control, command, request, and order the errand boy as long as it is related to his work.

2. The Boss is not obligated to pay/give all the wages of the errand boy during the work. However, the messenger MAY accept gifts, such as gifts, bouquets, chocolates, or any gifts from the Boss without refusing.

ARTICLE 4

1. The agreement is made for six months; considering a large amount of debt of the Carrier, then the duration of the Employer's work can change at any time without requiring the permission of the Operator to be extended.

2. This agreement is very confidential.

3. The Boss CAN sue the messenger if any of the points in ARTICLE 2 are violated.

4. An employee can and is allowed to release the contract if he can pay all the costs attached to the receipt, in a nominal value of Rp. 1,300,000,000. Not including outpatient costs of Rp. 250,000,000,-

5. The Boss and the errand boy agree and consciously carry out their obligations according to the written points.

ARTICLE 5

The points mentioned above can be changed, deducted, or added by the Boss at any time without requiring permission and or without the messenger's knowledge.

Thus this agreement letter was made with the full awareness of each party.
