Chapter 1 - Retirement

Haven Victor, 22, a bastard that I want to kick whenever I see his face and I swear my whole life that if I have a chance to kill him without getting caught, I'll do it!......Me, Aviana Toddler, 20, a secretary for this bastard who was a President of Victor's Ent. and an annoying boss of mine."I bet Haven has been born in hell, what a terrible attitude that face has" Aviana cursed Haven while typing on her laptop and sent it to a group of her friends but didn't realize that she was sending it directly to Haven."Avi! Can you help me?!" said Julia, one of Aviana's close friends and a gossip friend. "Yeah! Wait a minute!" Aviana walked towards Julia's table and helped her with a few documents before going back to her table."Done! I hope you understand?" Aviana grabs her shoulder and Julia thumbs up at her."I got it mam!" she saluted Aviana."Okay! Then I'll get back, and don't forget to reply to something in a group!" she said."Group? What reply? I got no message"Aviana was shocked and checked it at Julia's computer and it's true that there's no message from her to the group, so to whom she sent it.More quickly than light, she got back and opened her message and a big rock just fell on her head when she saw that the message was accidentally sent to Haven directly."You're done for today and forever Aviana, he's gonna fire you for sure this time" she mumbled and suddenly, Haven popped out of nowhere from her side."Ms. Aviana Toddler, meet me at the office" he said in a cold deep voice that was going to shiver anyone who heard."G-got it Mr Haven" Aviana was about to hit herself with a document when Haven turned back and told her to be faster.She had no choice but to walk towards his room and enter it with anxious and non-excuses to make. "M-Mr Haven" Aviana stuttered and Haven turned his chair towards her and tinted the window. He stands up from his chair and walks towards Aviana, step by step he moves forward and she steps back."M-Mr Haven..." Aviana was about to step aside until her back hit the wall and been pinned at the wall by him."How long have you done this?" he asked in a flirty voice and sent shivers down her spine."D-done w-what?" she stuttered and looked away but Haven didn't give her a chance and grabbed her waist and pulled her into his arms."Tell me Ms Toddler..." he whispered right to her ear that she could feel his breath and turned her blushed suddenly."I-I'm sorry for i-insulting you" Aviana lowered her eyes and looked into Haven's eyes deeply."And?" his sudden touch at Aviana's chin made her lose her right mind and closed her eyes.Right at the moment when he put their lips a few inches from each other, he stopped."And do you think I'm gonna kiss you?" he said and got Aviana back to her realisation.She widened her eyes and stayed away from Haven full of shame."You scammed me!!" she yelled and pointed at him."I'm not and the fact that I didn't tell you to close your eyes or said that I wanted to kiss you does exist" he smirked in satisfaction."But your action-!" Aviana stopped when he cut her words."So what? Isn't that I'm your boyfriend right? Why do you think I did that? My action was nothing as it was just an action, Ms Toddler" he insinuated Aviana with one eyebrow raising."You-!" he cut again."And for your insult to me, I'm gonna deduct your salary this month and hope it'll be your lesson" he said and went back to his chair."You can't deduct my salary!" Aviana is unsatisfied with his rushed decision."Why not? You just committed a disruptive behaviour towards your own boss and I have the right to deduct your salary at least, you should just be grateful that I didn't fire you" he explained."That's not fair!" she still got her guts."And you won't dare...now, get out of my office, it's disgusting to see your face here" he said and it almost burst Aviana in anger but she holds it as she can't lose her job again after the last one."Got that M.R. H.A.V.E.N!" she slammed the door and went back to her seat."What happened?" Dilan, one more close friend that she is always gossiping with."That bastard deducted my salary just for cursing and insulting him" she said and Dilan sighed."What can we do, he's a boss with good acknowledgement in laws and firms, you just can't win when debating with him" Dilan put a document on her desk."I know that...what is this?" she asked right after saw it."Your trip" she said and Aviana suddenly forgot about her problems just now."To where?" she asked out of excitement and opened the document."London! But..." Dilan stopped as she saw your reaction changed. "With that bastard...this is a business trip of an agreement with Malavious Ent." she let out a heavy sigh and Dilan nodded with a smile after that."Cheer up! It's still a trip though!" Dilan patted her back and a sigh from Aviana gave her an awkwardness."I just want to get rid that mf as he just keep tortured me since I was the one who had bullied him back in the highschool""Whoa, a new story huh, spill the tea girl, how did it's started?" she takes the nearest chair and sits next to her.**Flashback On**"Hey kiddo, give me your money" said Aviana, 14, at Haven who was shorter than her at that time."I-I don't have any" he said in order to fool her."Don't lie you rich kid! I know you got some!!" Aviana with her 3 friends pulled Haven and ripped off his uniform.They got a lot of money from Haven while he was crying and helpless."Aviana, we go first, see you tomorrow" said her two friends and they walked away while Aviana still stood in front of Haven, emotionless."Here, I don't need it, not anymore" Aviana threw the money back to Haven and walked away until she stopped and turned around."Wear this! You'll catched cold" Aviana also threw her hoodie to him as he was already shirtless and she walked away from him.For two years straight, Aviana and her friends bullied Haven but sometimes Aviana was the only one who was kind to him as he was a nerd who had no friends.**Flashback Off**"So you and your friends bullied Mr Haven and after two years he studied abroad?" Dilan widened her eyes."Yeah and who knows he becomes this success after that and so tall too" Aviana sighed and whispered."And hot~" Dilan blushing and almost drooling."You're drooling!!" Aviana hit her face with a document."That's hurt!" Dilan rubs her nose and suddenly one of their male colleagues comes over."Hey ladies" he greeted."Hey Jason, sup?" Dilan patted his shoulder."Nothing much, just Mr. Haven wants to meet you now," he said, pointing at Haven's office."What that bastard wants again?" Aviana mumbled."Thanks, I'll get going then, for this document, I'll arrange it tonight" Aviana said to Dilan...."Mr. Haven" Aviana stands in front of Haven and he just continues with his work and ignores her.For 1 hour straight, Aviana was ignored and she couldn't keep standing as she wore high heels."Mr. Haven, is there anything that I can help?" she then asked with an angry voice."Ouh, you're here Ms. Toddler? I didn't see you earlier...how long have you been there?" he asked on purpose to annoy her."60...minutes...straight...Mr. Haven" she clenched her punch as she can't release it at him or else."Ouh, I have nothing to say. You can go now" he smiled with an innocent face and Aviana breathed in, in silence and walked out.Her feet were hurt because of standing and if it's not for her work and his status, his face would already be my punching bag.Aviana staggering walking back to her seat and could feel her knees almost dropping. She grabbed her pen and made a holes at the blank paper, imagining his face was there."I'm gonna make you pay Haven!" her heart whispered.......It's already 12 in the morning but Aviana is still at the office and working on her paperwork. She was stretching and let out a heavy sigh of relief as her work was done.Now she can go back home in peace. Aviana was about to walk out from the office until Haven was walking out too."You still here Ms. Toddler?" he asked in teased."Yea, because of your shit" she rolled down her eyes."Really? Then I should give you often of my 'shit' to make you shut" Haven stopped as Aviana suddenly stopped in front of him.She turned around "you know what, I would rather retire than see your face the next morning" she said in a sharp gaze.Haven just smiled as he already heard this sentence many times and she just did nothing."Okay, I'll wait for your letter on my table...and our flight was 7 in the morning!" he waved and walked away....That night, Aviana packed her things while Haven couldn't sleep that night, thinking of what Aviana had said just now.Is she really going to retire? But she never does so everytime she mentions it. Haven's mind suddenly messed up this time. He suddenly felt like she's really gonna do it.
